The Service does not require user registration and does not collect personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or government-issued identifiers.

However, the Team may collect and process the following non-identifiable information solely for Service operation purposes:

• Anonymous User Identifier (UUID): Randomly generated at first launch and cannot be used to identify an individual.
• Purchase-Related Information: In-app purchase status, product identifiers, and transaction status. All payments are processed by Apple, and the Team does not access or store any payment method details.
• Service Usage Information: App usage logs, feature interaction data, and crash reports collected for Service improvement and stability.

2. Purpose of Information Use

The collected information is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Managing anonymous user identification and Service usage status
• Providing AI-based image generation and editing features
• Verifying in-app purchases and managing token balances
• Improving Service quality, performance, and error analysis
• Responding to user inquiries and operating the Service

3. Face Data and Image Processing

The Service provides AI-powered image generation and editing features. To deliver these features, users may upload photos that may include facial images (“face data”).

• Face data is used solely to perform the image generation or editing features explicitly requested by the user.
• Face data is never used to identify a user, perform biometric identification, authentication, profiling, or tracking.
• The Team does not analyze, label, or extract biometric identifiers from face data.

4. Storage and Retention of Images and Face Data

• Uploaded images, including those containing face data, may be temporarily stored on secure servers to provide Service features such as image generation history.
• Images are retained only for the minimum period necessary to provide the Service.
• If a user does not access the Service for 30 consecutive days, all uploaded images and generated images are automatically and permanently deleted.
• Users may request immediate deletion of all uploaded images and related data at any time through the in-app “Contact Us” feature, and such data will be promptly and permanently deleted.

5. Sharing of Face Data and Images with Third Parties

The Team does not sell or share user data for advertising or marketing purposes.

For certain image generation themes, uploaded images may be temporarily transmitted to cloud-based third-party AI service providers solely to perform image generation or transformation explicitly requested by the user.

6. Third-Party Data Handling Practices

Third-party AI service providers process images only for the requested image generation or transformation operation. They do not retain, store, log, or reuse images or face data for any purpose, including service improvement or model training. All images are deleted immediately after the image generation process is completed. Neither the Team nor any third-party service providers store face data beyond the temporary processing required to fulfill the user’s request.

7. Data Retention Period

• Anonymous UUIDs and Service usage information are retained only while the Service is actively provided.
• When a user deletes the app, stops using the Service, or requests data deletion, related data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized without delay.
• Information required to be retained by applicable laws will be stored only for the legally mandated period.

8. Data Security Measures

The Team implements appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including:

• Restricting access to data on a strict need-to-know basis
• Encrypting data during transmission and storage
• Operating secure servers and intrusion prevention systems
• Maintaining internal policies and procedures for data protection

The Team makes reasonable efforts to prevent loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorized access to information.

9. User Rights

As the Service does not collect personally identifiable information or require user accounts, standard account access or modification requests may not apply.
